SBE 1: which choke?

Postby TXskilletwacker » Thu Dec 29, 2005 10:13 am

just picked up a barely used benelli SBE 1 and it came with only one choke.

the choke is a briley (extended and ported) IM... i'll eventually pick up some more chokes before next dove season.

which choke would you reccomend that i pick up (until then) that isn't so tight, to get me through duck season? :help:

i could adapt to the IM, but i'm running short on time!

thanks for the help.
if i could make a scented candle, i'd make call it... gunpowder in the sunrise! or wet dog, swamp mud and gun smoke!

for shooting ducks over decoys, I use a M or a IC.

Thanks guys! By word of mouth that's about the same answer I've been getting.

Have yall heard any testimonies about or used a patternmaster choke before? (for general duck hunting, I knew some guys that goose hunted with them and liked them) what are the +/- of these besides the possibility of chancing a longer shot and risking crippling and a 300 yd retreive?

Again, thanks for the replies!
