Federal Firearms Licence
Allows you to buy and sell guns from a store.
I use to own a sporting goods / gun shop.

In Colorado to obtain a FFL all you need to do is fill out and submit your request to the Alochol, Tabacoo and Firearms commision. However, in light of recent events they are hard to obtain without a store front. You can transfer a firearm but its wise to the seller to record the drivers licence of the person you are selling your firearm too. The reason is its illegal to transfer a handgun to anyone who is a known felon or is under the age of 21. For long guns you must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a shotgun or rifle. The rules get sticky in some areas.
