Winchester customer service

Hey guys wondering how winchester's customer service is from those of you who have delt with them. Thnking of sending in my SX3 to get looked at. Thanks

I had poor service from them and they acted like they were doing me a favor by fixing my SX3. They did fix it though but would also never tell me what was wrong with it.

I liked mine but could never get used to the high rib. Best feeling gun I ever owned but just couldn't hit squat with it.

I would buy one again if I didn't have issues that were not the guns fault.

Wish I'd have known. We could have worked out a trade. I had the exact same problem with the flat rib on the maxus. :lol3: Loved that gun but it came with a brain worm. Missed way to many easy birds with it. Eventually it turns into a mental thing where you are thinking about the shot, which makes the problem even worse. I sent it down the road.

X10 on mental, whatever works! I had to replace a piston on my x3 and they sent me one the next week. not a problem with them. Either way send it now and hope to get it back soon. Season is just round the corner and they could be swamped
