Kgrant all I hunt with is a 20 ga M2. I was making a joke If you don't shoot a 3 1/2 12 ga on this forum you cant kill anything. I shot anything from doves to geese ,sandhill cranes with my 20 more than enough gun for any birds I hunt I got my daughter a 20 tristar viper and she cant even shut the bolt release it so stay away from them

If you are now willing to buy an import, why not buy one from an American company with excellent service. I still recommend the Weatherby, made in Turkey but serviced in California by a company still dedicated to quality and customer service.

The regular Weatherby has a 14" LOP the youth 20 is 12 1/2" . To me it is easier to shorten a long stock than lengthen a short one.
I have the Waterfowler 3.0 and I use it when I have to walk in because it is so light. I also hit with it as well as any gun I own.
But, you need to get what FITS her best . The SX3 is a great gun. The best of what she has tried. You can't go wrong there. I have shot a SX2 for over 20 years and it is going strong.
