Browning Maxus

Postby Rick.B » Sun Oct 20, 2013 10:13 am

Hey all, I have a Maxus and shoot Kent Ammo.

I'm just wondering what some of the fellow Maxus owners use and love?

There is nothing wrong with the Kents, but I just thought I'd see what others thought and maybe change ammo.

I just use the Standard Inv + choke it came with.

I've Always used federal blue box in my maxus with a briley extended IM choke. Bb's for geese 3's for ducks

The maxus I had patterned those Rio blue steel shells real nice with the factory mod tube. I also bought a factory imp mod tube. It threw amazingly tight patterns. I'm not a good enough shot to use a pattern like that but on the days I did try it most shots were either cleanly missed or stone dead birds.
