Love mine, no problems at all, . . . only "bad"? comment is I wish they weren't so expensive . . . but then again, you get what you pay for. Quality is worth the extra $$ in my book!

Berretta is a fine gun....I would suggest looking at the Urika as well as the Extrema to see what fits better, weight and 'feel'...do you really need a 3 1/2" gun???? IMO all any of us need is 3" at most, and the Urika is at least 10% less $. Either way you choose, I cannot say anything negative about Berretta guns.....I have had a 20g for years for use in the grouse coverts and find it to be extremely relaible and very well made. Good luck!

I like mine better than the SBE I had. Loved the SBE as an all around heavy load gun, but I like the reduced recoil of the Xtrema and I like a gun with a little more heft to it for waterfowl. I looked at a urika, but for the price difference, which wasn't much in my area I figured I would get the 3 1/2". I know you don't need 3 1/2" but it's nice to have for certain situations.

I had a 390 sporting and silver mallard. Both were very good guns and I shot them a lot, never a problem. Sold the last one to finance the Xtrema.
More ammo! I need to shoot something!
