I have narrowed my search down to either a Beretta 390 or Ew 100 . Can anyone help with their opinions on these guns . Will be 12 gauge and used primarly for ducks and turkey .

The 390 is a gas-operated S/A while the ES-100 (Pintail) is inertia-operated.
The 390 series has a service record for durability that is legendary.

It's hard to beat a 390. I have one left in my collection and I plan to hold on to it.

A quick search will find hundreds of posts singing the praises of the 390.
I doubt you can find one, that has nice things to say about the Pintail.

3901 variant is my gun. Can't justify anything else for semi auto 12ga. Kinda sad too, because I lust after so many other "much nicer" 3.5" guns. Everytime I get close and put something different in my hands I just can't bring myself to go any other way
