Just bought my 1st 870 express! I think this a great gun .Have used Stoger ss and Bakail ou love them to but 870 is nice . can't wait for next season :smile:

good choice. i've had mine 10 years.
This site is about having some fun, learning, helping others, and enjoying the commaradre' of other waterfowl hunters. And if you do not like those 4 things, then do not let the door hit you on the way out of here.

My first was a 870 wing master standard 20, still my favorite gun of all. 30 years on it and it's smooooooth as silk. :thumbsup:

My 870 is as old as about half the guys on this site. It hasn't let me down yet, what a great gun. I'm sure you'll be happy with it.

I bought a Franchi 912 and used it duck hunting this past year, and I love it. I've not had any problems out of it, and it shoots great.
If you like the drop at heel like the Browning, and the gas operating system of the Benelli, you might want to give this gun a look.
