It cost a little over 200 to get a gun camo dipped. So the extra 100 for camo is a bargain. With the camo finish, you will not have to worry about rust if you plan to duck hunt with it. I shoot a SBE that has 3.5" chamber but rarely ever shoot 3.5 shells myself. Just decide on which gun you like the best and forget the price diff. Its what you will be happy with for the long run that is most important. Me, the camo film finish is worth its weight in gold as I think black guns look cheap. BUT, that is my opinion! I own a bunch of black guns, wish they were all camo. Also, you may move into goose hunting and may decide the 3.5 shell is needed later on. On the other hand, you can kill just as many ducks with a black gun as with a camo gun, the camo makes no diff to them and the camo wont make you blend in any better nor is it important in terms of concealment.
