Before I bought my Baikal MP-153 last August I would swap around between a Mossberg 835, a Mossberg 935 and a Remington 870. The MP-153 is the only gun I hunt with now.

Definately Winchester SX2 all the way! I shoot more geese than ducks, so I love the 3.5" and most importantly, it fits me the best of all the semis out there.

As for the Mossberg pumps, my GUncle has one, it should be able to have sand in it and still shoot since the action actaully rattles it is so loose! Bwahahahahhaaaa

Just remember! Fit should be the #1 reason in selecting a gun to buy.

Seeing this is a waterfowl net, will list those shotguns. A DeHaan SxS 12, for most hunting, Berreta O/U 20ga (ducks over decoys) and a Marlin 120 when hunting and might need more than 2 rounds. Marlin mainly used if I hunt Louisiana and in brackish or salt marshes. Upland birds most hunting done with SxSs in 16, 20, and 24 ga. or O/Us in 28 or 410.

I shoot a black synthetic Mossberg chambered for the 2 3/4" thru 3 1/2" my only complaint with my Mossberg is that it goes through the shells to fast
