I didn't mean completely taking every component out of the trigger assembly. That is a very challenging task. I would recommend taking the safety off, put your thumb on the hammer with tension and then pulling the trigger. Do this a few times to insure that is it working properly.
If that works, I would then dry fire it a couple times once you reassemble the gun. If it works, you should be good to go!
