Your gun almost certainly has a fixed choke. You need to find out which choking the barrel is bored at.
On the barrel, at the chamber end, you should find stamped in the barrel either the choke (Modified, Full, etc.) or a series of asterisks ( **, ***, etc.). These will tell you if the barrel is safe for steel shot in sizes 2 or smaller.
If it's Full, you may not want to shoot steel, although many do
shoot the smaller steel shot through these guns without experiencing any angst. The gun was probably produced by Stevens or High Standard or another reputable gun manufacturer here in the USA, so it's not like it was made in Taiwan.
