Model 870 Express Super Magnum Synthetic

Postby mossyoak0270 » Mon Aug 01, 2005 6:11 am

I recently bought the Remington Model 870 Express Super Magnum Synthetic, however I wanted the Wood stock and forend - problem was Remington only sells it in the Wood finish with a 28" barrell and I wanted the 26". They do sell it with a 26" but you have to buy the slug barrell with it which i had no use for - the reason for the post, was I wanted to see if anyone had step by step instructions on how to remove the slide to remove the forend - i have purchased a wood stock and forend that I want to replace the Synthetic with. Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance for your help.
