What can I expect to pay for 100 once fired 3.5 inch federal hulls?

If buying from a hunter--make sure they are not ones dropped in the water, but rather field shells that remained dry.

I sold some for around that price a year ago. They were around $20 at another supplier a year ago. And new hulls were like $30 per 100.

I use the New Cheddite 3 1/2" Hulls (Primed) @ $21.95 per 100. cooter
