Shipping ammo?

Postby thaner » Thu Jan 04, 2007 5:00 pm

Hay I have some hevi and TM ammo I don't plan to shoot up and want to sell it off. Anyone have any idea if there are any restrictions to shipping it? I looked on Cabelas and I see there are some state to watch out for and I should check to see if they buyers is 18. Are there any restrictions by UPS or USPS?

Ya thanks, but I figured I could do that, but then again you don't always get the correct answer from every UPS agent when it comes to shipping firearms and related stuff. I was thinking someone may have already worked through all the shippers and options and would have some suggestions that would save me some time.

I just got back from the USPS about 5 minutes ago. There is one a block away from work so I got down there at lunch to see what they had to say. They said no way unless you are a dealer.
