Wad Wizard Question

Postby DEDuck34 » Thu Oct 17, 2013 7:59 am

I have a question for all of you choke experts, I thought I read some where that people had a swelling issue with either the Wad Wizard chokes or their Terror chokes with the Beretta Xtrema's. Can anyone confirm this for me?

FWIW-I cant help with that issue but I just returned one of their chokes after pattern testing in my 835.Reason being I have other chokes that perform much better for a fraction of the cost.

I have shot a bunch of #1's and 2's through my Extrema II with a .675 Terror with no issues so far.

Why constrict so much you can't hot a 20-25 yard shot? You really need to take a 50 plus yard shot????? or maybe just work on calling and decoying to get them in closer with all the fancy calls and decoys we all buy!

Just a thought :-)

Just a thought...who said anything about taking 50 yard shots? So maybe you should find out your facts before you start slamming people on their hunting skills. You mean you're supposed to use fancy calls and decoys...man..guess you solved my problem! Thanks! Where would I be without you.

Why do I shoot 3.5" for geese? Because they don't make a 4" yet!

The Wad Wizard is a stripper choke, I have one. They are made by Hajjar who made the Terror chokes. I also have two other stripper chokes. They do not work on my reloads. Brezny also made a stripper choke, I have one of those also. High Speed pictures showed it did not work also. Ned S

Sorry guys, I completely wrote the wrong response on here at the time I was typing this out. I thought it was a different forum on constrictions and distance I was typing on. Forget everything mentioned. Cheers
