Works nice in fast steel loads. Dont use black clouds or blind site because those have special wads, there is vortex in black cloud users and those not have ports because wad desing.

Prairies storm fs lead and steel is same wad design what clouds are. I think thats all?? Try winchester normal steel loads drylocks example, but start pattering those kents first. I think its good cheap load.

What is the pull that makes you want a Kicks choke?

I was just wondering why you picked that brand of choke and what pulled you to it. Of my testing of over ten diff aftermarket chokes, I feel that sticking with Terror, Briley or Carlson is a pretty save go. The Kicks and Pattermaster were two of the worst chokes that I have tested more than once with more than just one load. I try to stay away from ported chokes period but have tried several. I have looked into Wilson chokes too and intend to try one of them. I feel that their bore design is equal to the Terror chokes. I know you can spend a lot of money searching for the right choke. Some brands are a waste of money and I put Kicks in this catagory. I have also felt that the Hevi Shot brand chokes are really good chokes but they are ported so that kills it for me trying them.

Im tested kicks chokes pattering about hundred differend loads and three different guns and that choke works. Patternmaster is hole different story here. Kicks is normal choke construction whit only their porting angle is special. And igree terror is good choke i have 675 in my benelli too.

I tried the Kicks in my Benelli and my 92 Weatherby which uses Winchoke. My pattern results were just plain pitiful. I ended up going with a Terror in the Benelli and a Hastings in the Weatherby.

What Benelli? What kick's choke and loads you tryed. We are shooted Benelli super vinci, nova and sbe2. full and x-full constructions. Example my friend shooted 1 1/4 hypersonic in 40 yards about 90% in number 2 shots x-full/nova combo.
