Saw a Carry - Lite Landing Mallard decoy in Bean's catalogue. Looks like just that - a mallard drake w/ its wings outstretched as though it's landing. Mounts on conduit. Does not look like the wings move much; looks fairly stationary, so it should be legal anywhere. Anybody ever try these? If so, how did it work?
