I like to use rustolem flat for white. All other colors I use parkers paints. I'm sure there are some cheaper paints out there but the parker paint is really flat and it holds up ok.

paint it on with a brush. i like it cause you can get thicker coats on. I tried the flat black rustoleum, its not too bad but not flat enough for my liking. I never tried painting the plain foam herters as all mine are burlapped

Parkers Decoy Paint. It's a oil base paint.

How about on the plastic heads and the plastic geese?Or any plastic decoy for that matter. I have some of the 96 geese and some plastic divers that I would like to repaint. Will the parker paints work on those?

Are you saying the parkers paint is safe to use on the foam because its oil based?

Why don't you use spray paint on the herters? ..... that's what we have on ours....knock on wood it hasn't broken them down or nothing. It does chip though...
