adding a goose or two sillhouette style

Postby hobbsj » Sat Mar 23, 2013 5:58 am

Several of my areas have geese fly over and come in in the evenings. I have one full body floater goose I use as a bit of a confidence guy. I was thinking of adding a couple of goose silhouettes to the spread as I hike in and too many more floaters are too big to add. Would these silhouettes flare the ducks? I hunt ponds and thought I could put the geese w/steaks on the shore or use a really long steak in the water. But I don't want this to look too fishy to the ducks.

Half a dozen goose silhouettes on the shore would be a great upgrade.

Myself, I'd be eatin' the steaks, though.
Often wrong, never in doubt...
