Does anyone know the Mfg. of these decoys. They are burlapped foamers. thanks

The decoys are 17" long and have plastic heads like Herters except the stem has two small tabs on it. thanks

That is a Wingwaver decoy; I have some Bluebills from that manufacturer and really like them.

Correction to my previous post: that is a Fowl Fooler decoy (not a wingwaver).
