Im sure this has been asked before but what is your thoughts on mixing dekes? like pins with mallards and teal? i live in washington and was wondering if you guys have any thoughts or opinions on this?

ducks don't care. If you let them land and mingle, they will all intermingle. Except divers. They can be wierd when you have puddle ducks around.

MIXING DEKES

I mix mallard, goldeneye, and greenwing teal dekes on the river and do well. Actually in foggy or snowy weather the goldeneyes often come into my mallard dekes. I usually set the puddlers together upriver with an open "landing zone" in front of me and the goldeneyes downriver.
