Ok, here are my thoughts.....
I was hard up for the HardCore decoys! I really liked what I had seen in pictures, I liked the little bit of an aggressive stance that they have and I liked that they are basically starting over. They have some great looking decoys and they sure are pushing them, trying to get them into people's hands (that is business after all).
What I can say for the HardCore decoys are based on my observations and it can be taken for what it is. Like Black Smoke stated, they are lightweight, which I like, a lot. However, they are thin, real thin. You can push them in in many places and I can only imagine how brittle they may get in sub-freezing temperatures. The Mallards, the Green heads are BRIGHT! A couple of boxes of new decoys that I opened in the store, just about every decoy in each box had paint missing already. The weighted keels, well, they vary. Some decoys had a good amount of weight in them, other decoys seemed to not have any weight in their keels (I mean none) at all. I too liked the fact that they had a paint warranty, but now I wonder why. I am not saying the are junk, I am not saying they are the new be all to end all decoy. They will fit nicely in the middle.
For me personally, after looking at them side by side in the store and knowing that they are improving and adding to their current line of decoys, I am fairly certain I will be running Tanglefree. I am not saying Tanglefree is the greatest decoy, but they sure are not the worst.
