I have some cheap flambeau ones right now that work good, but the paint has chipped off a fair amount. I am looking for foam filled decoys, preferably with flocked heads. These will likely get used late season once the birds have seen the tricks. Have some ideas already...but want to see what you guys say.

I say repaint your flambeaus. I have around 5 or maybe 6 dozen painted flambeaus either painted into different species or touch ups.
