For ten bucks why not. Put them on a jerk cord.

For that price I'd use more than I do. Most of the time I feel they're over priced.

buy em! depending on how many decoys I am using I'll toss out two to all 5 that I have. one of mine is a quiver butt. I feel that they help a little and the quiver for some motion on the water.
also I will be putting at least one on a jerk cord.

Did someone mention duck butts? The best ones are shapely and wiggle a bit.
