Ever use snow in a can?

Postby Riverwanderer » Thu Nov 21, 2013 12:24 pm

I was thinking of using SNOW IN A CAN for a repaint on SWAN decoys. Has anybody had any experience with this ?? posting.php?mode=post&f=15#

I don't think "snow in a can" is meant to be permanent...............................

I would do a restle coat and paint them with flat white exterior latex. Tough, durable, easy to repaint when needed. That or shoot them with the rustoleoum spray can bedliner and then paint them with flat white latex. Either one will do the job. Snow in a can is not going to last.

I know a few guys who use the plain white fake snow to cover layout blinds in snow covered fields. It rubs right off when you need it to.
