where to buy?

Postby shrpshtr » Thu Feb 17, 2005 9:24 am

hey all,

who/where do you get your decoys from? online or at a store? most places around here don't carry dekes and if they do it's a seasonal thing. where can i get the best prices? any info is greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance...

I usually go to Bass Pro or final flight and if not I order from Mack's or Cabelas.

if you have a store that sells decoys near try to buy after hunting as they give discounts because they are trying to get rid of their inventory

unfortunately we have so few stores here that carry duck hunting supplies that they don't ever have any overstock. our walmart doesn't carry half of the stuff you all mentioned getting/seeing there. anyway, i'll keep on the lookout. maybe our sportman's classing coming up soon will have some deals...

Any of these stores are great, but I have developed my on method. I like to dress up like big foot or some swamp creature and sneak up on unsuspecting hunters and scare the crap out of them. When they run off just go pick up their dekes. I mean if they don't care enough about their dekes to save them from a monster then they obviously don't want them. Be sure to wear a flack jacket and goggles if you are going to get within 50 yds of men with shotguns for obvious reasons. Good luck making your suit.
