save your money, if your hunting a very small pond they may be ok, but my experience with them on open water is they produce very little ripple. Keep with a jerk string!
get the small quiver because the mag quiver take to many batters i would get 3 or 4 of them there small not hevey work great I love mine and put up a baby mojo and a swimming duck and your have it made

No doubt about it, if you are hunting any water with just a little size to it these things are useless. I was using 4 of them last year and the ripples die at about 10 yards. Not very powerful at all.
What about the quiver dekes? Same thing or do they work better. We hunt a creek, and the current is almost non-existant, and open lakes, and marshes. What would be effective at keeping the water open other then a mallard machine?
