i use alot of E. Allens, beautiful deeks, but $$$, have a lot of GHG's also, plus 2-3 dozen homemades. Just picked these up, they are E.Allens, probably close to 400.00 worth of deeks right there.
I started out with flambeau changed to ghg, and will buy flambeau before ghg again. I think from hear on out I'm spending the extra $ money and getting g&h or cork.
GHG, you just can't beat them for quality/price. I've got a lot of gadwall and wigeon dekes that are going strong after a few seasons of HARD saltwater use. Weighted keel, decent paint, can't go wrong.

I'll agree with the price part, but not the quality. I've stayed out of these arguements, but I can't anymore. I have about 8 hunts in a doze of the mallard oversized series and 3 of the hens leak water and 2 of the drakes are loosing paint on their heads. I don't have alot of $ to spend on dekes so when I spend a little over $100 for a doz. the dang things should hold up longer then 8 hunts!
you ever think about selling the ones you make??? cuz those things look great!!! you could definetly make some cash off of them!
