Can corker

Postby SafetyMan » Sat Jul 23, 2005 11:43 am

FINALLY finished one for ME... thought I'd share some pics...

This is Black Cork, Cedar head, Pine bottom board, Oak keel, Glass eyes, sealed with Spar urethane and painted with 100% Jansen's acrylics

I love the look of black cork, and unlike most, I like the pits and valleys. When I finish all of these, I'll have 10 or 11 black cork cans... could take me a while

I wish I was one of those guys that could turn out a dozen in a week

Awesome deke. I started some foamers a while back, but i have been stuck on carving one dang head for a long time. I need to break down and buy them.
