do any of you guys use herter's? what all do ya think about them?

They are excellent decoys. They ride the water extremely well. I really like them.

I have a few 72 bluebills. Nice decoys, but I find myself doing a lot of caring for em. Like making sure they go on the of top of the decoy bag, and carefully placing them in the water, unlike my plastics I just throw out. I just can't trust that foam.

I love the 25" full body mallards for profile and look, but the paint keeps coming off. I have repainted mine twice. The do work though.

Tip: When repainting mallard drake heads, use a kelly green paint and then paint over it with the herters drake head paint. Man does that give you a good lookin' drake mallard head. It is almost as close as you can get barring the invention of mallard flocking. Hey!!! million dollar idea. :getdown:

love their decoys, they make up most of my diver spread and i have a doz blacks i don't baby my decoys and they have stood the test herters all the way :thumbsup:
