Odd new deeks

Postby Benelli Slinger » Tue Aug 02, 2005 2:04 am

i stumbed across some deeks in the bargin cave at cabelas (the informed will know what im talking about... *the bargin cave*) anyways it was like 8 bucks for some of those cheap inflateable deeks and 12 bucks for 4 FUDS...anyone have any experiance with either of these kinda deeks...im kinda having my doubts about their potential

Inflatables suck, don't know about the FUDs

FUDs are HIGH dollar decoys.

They're pretty nice, expecially if you walk in to hunt

If you're setting from a boat every day, stick with what you know.

thats why these caught my eye because everywhere i hunt i have to pack my stuff in, my favorite place is a 3/4 walk from the nearest road and to be honest packing 4 dozen deeks + mojo + weapon and ammo while wearing waders gets pretty tiring

A couple guys near me last opening day did very well a dozen mallard inflatables, I haven't bought them as I question how long they will last, but at that price who cares?
There is no help for this kind of insanity. I'm just a duck hunter, and should not be held accountable for all my actions between October 1st and freeze-up. Gordon MacQuarrie
