Final Approach

Postby sdgr8wthnter » Wed Aug 10, 2005 9:02 pm

Has anyone heard of Final Approach decoys for ducks and geese. The final approach full body are seem really nice and they come with flocked heads. Just wondering if i should buy some.

just took a look at bass pro. The canadas look good, but $99.99 per 4. I would go with GHG or G&H.

I think they backs on them look way too dark  I would stick to ghg or bigfeet.

They are having a sale on the duck decoys for $40 a dozen, which i didn't think it was all that bad, but i didn't know what everyone else thought of them.

the fullbodies have somethings wrong with them, to start heads are to small for the bodies, there goofy way the foot bases attach, and the coloring is way to dark in the back

All I've got to say about FA decoys is... :toofunny:

IMO The Only FB that I like is the looker. And I still don't think it's the best looker out there. Hardcore and GHG make a better looking lker..wow looking looker. Don't most lookers look? lol...
Anyways. There duck decoys still need more work. The body style is a little different. But whatever floats your boat. As long as you like the looks of them buy them. Just because someone else dosn't like them dosn't mean you shouldn't buy them. Anyways.. good luck with whatever you buy.

I'll second that. The darkest geese I have ever seen.

As long as some of you are poking around the Bass Pro catalog, I just ordered the Redhead mallard decoys with snap-lock keels for $29.99 a dozen. Very realistic looking similar to another popular brand only a better price. Will be interested to see how paint holds up and how they ride but for the money seemed like a small sacrifice.

I seen them at BPS last weekend & I am glad that I did not order any on there web site.' They had them setting beside the GHG & the Bigfoots. They did not look near as good as the GHG & the Bigfoots. IMO
