SOLD Otter 1200 Duck Boat w/ motor mount SOLD SOLD

Postby stevez » Tue Sep 11, 2007 6:23 pm

I have an Otter 1200 Duck boat to lose. I traded it in a deal for the trailer it sits on. I only needed the trailer. Do you need the boat?
This baby has seen water maybe 3 times in its life and it looks it. No damage, scrapes, scratches etc. Ready to use as it is!
Comes with optional motor mount and oar locks.
Should be able to fit into the bed of a pickup truck or maybe I can drive it a short distance for gas money.....short distance. Boat is in Washington Township NJ (South Jersey)
500.00 grabs it, or best offer I get after I'm tired of trying to sell it.
NO TRAILER

I guess if you had a Hummer you could do it. I would guess it weighs 70 pounds or so. You want it?

Actually, you could ship it for about $75.00

I would give you $400.00 if you can have it shipped?

My zip is 75002

THANKS!

(Otter ships these boats.)

What carrier would you suggest I try? I am willing to go ask them at least. They will have to package it too though. UPS?

LOL...Maine? You are 12 hours from me. Ofcourse, if you cover gas and hotel, I might be willing to make a vacation out of it and come up to New York state one week.
The boat will fit a dog and man easily. I think Otter makes a dog ramp for it too.

Due to much interest and PM's but no solid offers, I'm making this easy. The boat is now 400 bucks and I'm willing to drive 50 miles for another 25 bucks (100 mile round-trip for me). Since it has the motor mount, this is LESS than 1/2 the price of a new Otter.

vacation

Postby wildphilhickup » Fri Sep 14, 2007 7:18 pm

I might be willing to make a vacation out of it.

TEXAS is a much nicer place to vacation. You could see where Kennedy got shot. We could go meet the oswalds. You could go see JR. THat is just down the street from me.

I could take you to a Gentleman's club. Get a lap dance. Dance the 2 step. Get in a fight with some red necks.

Shoot big guns too!

Are you coming?

:welcome:

Wow it all sounds so tempting....especially the redneck fighting. But....no. It's just a duck boat, not a crucifix

If it's still up for sale in a couple of weeks I'm definitely interested. I would have to drive 4 hours and that's not feasible until the fist weekend in October for me.

I just listed it on eBay for 389.95. If it doesnt sell there, I will email you. Send me a deposit and I will store it until you come up this way. I have a million people interested but nobody local enough to pick it up.

Perhaps I will use it for a planter..............
