Yall, haven any luck? Didn't see anything in the upper delta last weekend. I'm not sure if blue wings stop up there or not. Fishing wasn't to bad, but the house boats are taken over some good hole's.

I'm completely missing teal season, but with the high temperatures and the crowds in the Delta I can't say I'm missing it. Three boys ages 5, 3 and 1 give me a good excuse, but I know in the coming seasons I'll be able to have my partners dragging me with them to scout and hunt. I plan on taking the 5 year old out with me some this duck season.

I wanted to hunt the Bama teal season, but didn't get to scout the lower delta. When regular season comes around I'll be in the upper delta some. Had hoped for some good reports from over your way. Sounds like you'll have a boat load in a few years. Well maybe you can make it this week.

I have had zero scouting this year and the way the lower delta's vegetation changes from year to year, I have no idea where the teal are. The lower delta has gotten so crazy I tend to avoid it, but you are more likely to see birds there. Granted they will have already been shot and called at like crazy from all ranges, but you'll see them.
