Do's and Don'ts

Postby David » Tue Sep 11, 2007 11:25 am

I thought it might be good if we got a do's and don'ts thread going. Give tips to other hunters that might not have thought of something before. I thought I'd start it off with a couple.

Don't scout by running through birds on the water to count them. It puts unneeded pressure on the few birds we have down here. Use binoculars to help scout out a body of water.

Do bring toilet paper with you. You never know when nature might call out in nature.

Don't give out your good hunting spots on the internet. It's cool to email or pm a friend, but if you put them up for all to see, your spot will soon be full of unfamiliar faces.

Do bring a first aid kit with you hunting.

OK guys, how about some more ideas
