here are two other sites that have AK duck hunting info.
The outdoors directory covers all things outdoors in AK as well as MT.
The Refuge is a hard place to join. They were "first" and got swamped by new users. The moderator/owner still does new members one at a time when he can get to it. Still you can browse all you want but can not see photos that are attached to posts. You can see photos that are inbedded in the posts. The search function on the Refuge works will for finding old posts. You will find archived info about AK hunting details by searching. you wont' find much by asking where to hunt.
I found that the best way to find historical info where people "let the cat out of the bag" was to just go back over the several years of posts and skim all the pages. If someone has ADHD they won't do this, but all the info you will ever need about hunting in the Anchorage area has already been posted at some point. Honey holes to general info is already on-line at the Refuge or here over the last 3 to 5 years. Start data mining and you will learn about the Hay Flats, Knik marshes, Anchorage coastal and the 20 mile.
