How are parmigan???

Just watched a show on shotgun journal and they were hunting parmigan( I think I spelled it right) never heard opf this bird before, they sure look like they would be a blast to hunt. How do they taste, I am assumeing that they are in alska, they were hunting them in canada.
Any day in the outdoor's is better than at work

Yeah, they are up here, Infact, they are even the State Bird (Dunno what the hell they were thinking :hammering: ).

You were close, it is "ptarmigan" pronounced w/ a silent "t".

Yeah, they are a blast to hunt. They are closely related to ruffed grouse. We have plenty of both up here :thumbsup:

Infact, my first kill ever, was a ptarmigan, I was 5 :salude:
