Man, does this give me hope! I'm from southern Missouri and have duck hunted every year in Arkansas since I was 4 years old. I went to school in Arizona, fell in love with the place, and am moving back! My only concern was how in the world am I going to hunt ducks. I've been looking and looking and it seems as though there are about 9 duck hunters in Arizona, and all of them keep their mouths shut about everything. I don't care how it gets done and what I have to change about the way I hunt ducks to get it done in the desert, just knowing that it can get done is great! I'm not here asking where you go or anything like that, just trying to get a little idea as to how things go down out there. Do you have a decoy spread? Do you jump shoot a lot of them? Can you work them in or is it pass shooting? So many questions! And just so happy to see bags full of ducks in Arizona! Thanks!

Man, tough times a head for you if you're coming from duck mecca lol... It's a lot of work for sure, I bagged out 3 times this season so far, been out 14 times this season, donut 6 times and then the normal onesy twosy's... I don't jump shoot no fun for me, spread depends on where I hunt also how much deke's I use that depends to time of the season and water and area is holding, scouting will deside that, big water, river, timber and ponds... late season ducks tend to be more shy I've packed away the mojo for the season late season ducks don't like them I think from my own experience, I've been duck hunt for only 4 years now all here in AZ so I don't know any other duck hunting TV makes it look awesome else where like no effort but again it's TV I can dream...

Hey will I've been out 15 or so times and have limited with my two buddies each time I hunt over decoys and work the birds you just need to put in the man hours to find quality water you'll for sure have your ups and downs like I did the first year I started hunting in my own but that was several years ago!!

Nice little honey hole you found there feetdown. Keep that a secret. I bet it will be frozen solid by the end of this weekend though. Good job on picking out drakes!
