AZ north opener is tomorrow

Postby LIGHT12 » Thu Oct 05, 2006 1:29 pm

So I'm heading out right now. Will be camping tonight. Wacking ducks in the morning. So now I don't have to be jealous of all you who have been shooting birdies lately.

But there are no ducks in Arizona so don't bother moving here.
Have you ever woke up one day and said. Damn when does the season start.

nice...i am heading out tomorrow for our east side opener on saturday. i've been sick as a dog for the lst week..so i'm a game time decision whether i actually get up and hunt saturday morning. i might just chill in camp and get myself up to 100% when the west side opens up next week. that's the one i look forward to the most.

Not a bad day. 2 guns had 3gwt, 1bwt, 2 greenheads 1 susie, ,I'm sorry, it was my bad. couple dollars in the kitty for DU. I took a friend duck hunitng for the first time and he is so hooked its crazy. on his 3rd shot he took a greenhead, ,not bad for only shooting shotguns a little bit. He had the 2 greenheads and I was pretty happy for him. He was in awe of the way teal fly. we had a crazy wind and the teal were doing some amazing acrobatics. It was great to get out. I wish I had been able to get out yesterday also. but couldn't do it.

good number of teal around. I didn't see a lot of big ducks but had a blast.
