Shot my 1st merganser. Don't see them coming into so-cal. It's a hen but a good looking bird. But know if it's a mature bird. Pls help n any suggestion of pose of a mount.

If you have the money you could do it in a diving pose for a fish with the water and scenery around it

The one I got done is sitting on a log so I don't have a pic of one diving but if you post this on the taxidermy forum somebody will post a pic
