I liked the layout hunting.
I assume it is legal to motor around and shoot birds?
It really looks like they are still using lead, some of the birds are getting hit hard.
Thor, is that the type of hunting you do primarily, I mean on open water?

Hi QH's Paw

Yes it's legal to hunt whit motor, but they most only sail whit 5 knot a hour, and only on saltwater.
The cartridges there are used are steel, we can't use lead legally, but the steel today are just as God.
My own favorit hunting duck and geese hunting at the freshwater shore, and from my layout on the saltwater after golden eyes and teals, 2 -3 trips whit motor after eider and scooters.
I also have my 6,5x55 swedish that i juse for roedeer, red deer, fallow deer, wildboar and fox.

Thanks for posting those videos. I really enjoyed watching them.

How deep is the water that you generally go out in? I think of the waters off Denmark as being very cold, cold enough to be life-threatening if you should go overboard...Ever spill?

Thor,
what type of seasons do you have there? I mean how long does it last and when? Also, I'm curious what your limits are so far as how many birds, and what species' limits are?

Hi Gen. Lee and QH's Paw

In my lay out i prefere to lay on 2-3 feet of water, but some of my friends lay on 10-12 feet. The watertemp. in january will be around 1-3 degrees, and in sebtember it can be up to 15-17 degrees.
The season starts 9/1 whit the hunt on puddlers and geese, 10/1 starts the hunt for divers, and it's all ends 1/31.
We dont have baglimits at all, but we most only have 2 cartridges in our guns.

You can see some pictures from my own hunts on the international forum.

Great video, really enjoyed it.

What is the bird in the fifth video, that looks like our seagulls?
