I would try where the water meets up with land, in my experience these have been the shallowest spots. You may want to go a little further out though if you have a boat, not many of the ducks like the beach.
Buy it, use it, break it, fix it,
Trash it, change it, mail - upgrade it,
Charge it, point it, zoom it, press it,
Snap it, work it, quick - erase it,
Write it, cut it, paste it, save it,
Load it, check it, quick - rewrite it,
Plug it, play it, burn it

I am actually contemplating the same thing. Im newish to WI and never targeted divers before, but here its a lot of fun. Ive just started to look into the regulations and all that, but do you have to use a layout type boat when going for divers, or are there places like in Green Bay or on Michigan that you can use your regular boat and blind?

General location?? The place where the wet stuff meets the dry stuff.
