My first drake redhead!

I've been farting around with diver hunting ever since I started duck hunting, gotta say, I love it! Finally shot a drake redhead!

I look like a doorknob, but who cares.

I'm stoked, I know he's probably not even that nice, but he decoyed in really nice, and fell on my third shot. Very exciting and memorable.

Congrats. I killed my first one twards the end of the season last year. I had never seen one in our area before. One of the best hunts of the season.

Good deal! When I was a kid a friend and i killed a pair one morning and planned to have them mounted, but never did it. I don't think I've seen one since down here in South Georgia!

Thanks everybody! I'm going to have him mounted cheaply by a friend that's been doing taxidermy for a long time. Not going to be as good as the woodie i had done by Flyway Taxidermy, but he'll be more than suitable for hanging up in the garage or in my home office. He's frozen and wrapped up right now.
