Tieing decoys to main line?

Postby Jangle » Wed Nov 21, 2012 7:03 pm

I am about to make a long line for divers and I am thinking about just tieing loops around the decoys heads this will be temporary into I get clips. Just wandering if any one had tried it

I would think that it would make the decoys sit wierd. Ithink it might make the front of the decoy sit lower in the water. If you want fast and cheep just zip tie the keel to the mainline.

it does make the decoys sit weird in the water but with hunting divers it doesnt matter as much. b/c divers don't really circle they either land while flying by or fly by turn around and comeback and land
