Came in with canvasbacks, has white patch underneath the bill and has black veins in the primary feathers

Appears to be an extremely dark hen canvasback. Same bill.

I think the blue feet reflect the taxidermist color choice not the color of the living ducks feet . I think it's a canvasback or a scoter ruddy cross lol
