Haven't been down in a few years now. I hunted around the Weiner Area. Had some good hunts!
Overal,l I'm sure all thru there gets hunted by both, Local and Non.

i hunt Black River, Rainey Brake, Big Lake and some private timber....all wmas get their fair share of hunting pressure

I hunt SW of Jonesboro and around Grubbs area...also hunt around Weiner and Waldenburg a good bit...

Used to hunt Rainey brake back in the late 70s and early 80s.Also Dagmar wma.Got spoiled in my youth,live in ohio now.Gonna make a trip back this year.

I like to hunt north and slightly east of Jonesboro, about 100 yards off of stadium boulevard. Excellent hunting. Brookland is excellent as well. Lakes Walcott & Frierson also. Over on stadium, we can leave our dek's out as long as we want and our blinds ain't a problem. :thumbsup:

there is also a good pond for canda geese just to the west of the stadium

Whenever I'm back from college I hunt around the Cache River over near Amagon. If you can catch it at the right time and beat the crowd it's pretty good.

On google earth it looks like there are some bushes there that a guy could hide in with a GAMO air rifle to pick off the ones with bands. :yes: :yes: :yes: :no: :no: :no:
