Back in The Natural State!

Hey Guys.
I just PCSed in to the Little Rock area. I'm curious how crowded the public hunting land is around Little Rock. I haven't hunted here in a long time (about 7 years). I'm originally from Marion but joined the AF after high school and have been gone ever sense. Id like to get into some birds but everyone I knew that had property is long gone and my only option is public land. I am not asking for your honey hole, just a few good areas to scout. Thanks for your help.

Welcome home. I'd don't know anything about the WMA's in the central part of the state, but I would expect an abundance of hunters on all of them. That means you will have to work harder and scout longer to find the out of the way, hidden spots. You can have great success on public ground by getting away from the crowd on the paths less traveled.
