I dont agree with restricting access to public land. I dont live in Ark but live 15 min across the line and hunt Ark more than LA most years. I run into the same issues you all have mentioned but consider myself a local on that particular piece of public land. I havent hunted a ton of public lands in Ark but I will admit that it has to be the boom scouters capital of the world! It never fails that when you shoot a few times, within the hour a boat will come find you. Do people really sit out there and wait to hear shooting to find spots to hunt??
