Flooded timber hunting?

Postby DUCKTRUCK! » Sun Dec 02, 2012 1:46 pm

Hey guys. I've been in Arkansas for 3 years now stationed in Jacksonville with the Air Force. I duck hunted a lot of ponds last year and did pretty well but I got some buddies from home coming down this week and wanted to try to get them on a timber hunt. Obviously no one will give up there honey hole but I was gonna see if someone could give me some direction to start with??. I realize we have a water situation on the rivers. Any good wmas with water this year.?? Any ideas or help is appreciated. Oh and I do have a flat bottom with a 25 horse on it so I can get around. Thanks Arkansans !!
